Function Description 

  • Ensure day-to-day operational support and control 

  • Treat KYC files in a qualitative manner 

  • Provide ad hoc project support 

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients 

  • Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction 

  • Indicate possible process improvements 

Language Requirements 

  • Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills 

  • French: Strong written and spoken communication skills 

  • English: Profound knowledge 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

Experience/Knowledge 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience 

  • Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory) 

  • KYC/AML knowledge (preferable) 

  • Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable)

  • Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented 

  • Able to work independently
