Objectives of the job  

Our client, in the insurance sector, is actively looking for a Program Manager. 

Your mission will be : 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the program's business objectives to establish a strong vision for the program.
  • Build a strong relationship and communicate regularly with program stakeholders and customers to shape the program and to identify and prioritize needs.
  • Set up the program structure and implement the program methodology for all phases of the program lifecycle. The use of Personas, Benefit Mapping and Roadmap building, among other things, is important here.
  • Agree on program objectives and planning with management and stakeholders, and lead the program strategy and planning.
  • Create a program roadmap and release plan that meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
  • Translate the program objectives and deliverables into concrete product and technical needs, supported by Client Value-Integration for technical design.
  • Determination and setup of the internal and external resources as well as skills needed within the product teams to deliver the program roadmap. This is done in consultation with the Product Owner, the Domain Manager and/or the Squad Leads.
  • Identify and manage cross-project/cross-product dependencies as well as program risks
  • Monitor the progress of the programme and the associated projects on a regular basis
  • Ensure a continuous delivery of results from the 3 main tracks: Quick Wins, I&O Optimizations,DevSecOps.
  • Proactively start activities to improve the program, including technical and resourcing challenges.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with financial, business and IT standards (e.g. Architecture, Compliance, Security).
  • Manage investment decisions and finances for the program, with a return-on-investment approach to increase value while minimizing product costs.
  • Participate in the squad ceremonies to guide them in clarifying customer needs and to advise the Product Owner on prioritization.

 

Your profile  

 

  • +10 experience in IT, including 5 years as Program Manager or Product Owner, and knowledgof DevSecOps and Artificial Intelligence within IT Infrastructure Management.
  • Expert knowledge of integration programs
  • Very good experience in identifying and overseeing infrastructure products and estimating resource requirements
  • Very good experience using data to inform decision-making and solve infrastructure engineering problems
  • Excellent skills understanding the needs of business partners and customers: Functional & Business Analysis
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder & key account management
  • Very good experience with Jira in Confluence
  • Agile minded
  • Certified PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent is a plus
