Objectives of the job   

 

Our client, in the energy sector, is actively looking for an Innovation Project Manager. 

 

Your mission will be : 

 

1) Manage innovative projects

  • Be the owner of innovative projects
  • Respect planning and budget
  • Communicate on the project and give regular status updates to management
  • Be responsible to make it concrete and successful following the following steps :

 

a) Design the value proposition

  • Define and design the value proposition
  • Create the business case
  • Test it on the market

 

b) Launch the proposition on the market

  • Prepare the go-to-market strategy
  • Build strong partnership with external and internal stakeholders
  • Launch Proof of Concept

 

c) Scale-up the offer

  • After PoC phase, scale-up the offer
  • Accelerate the growth and the visibility

 

 

2) Animate the cultural transformation of our client to boost entrepreneurship

  • Be an outspoken ambassador to your colleagues inside the client and to the outside world.
  • Deliver clear and engaging communication about your activities to generate new opportunities.

 

 

Your profile 

 

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering (or equal by experience)
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch
  • Experience in the retail and energy industry (from previous jobs/projects/studies)
  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset (e.g. having worked in/with start-ups)
  • Knowledge of innovation concepts (such as lean startup, business models and fundraising)
  • You don’t see problems but opportunities
  • You have strong and convincing communication skills, both oral and written
  • You can work independently and stay aligned with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are committed to delivering results, especially in unclear boundaries
  • You are resistant to stress and can work under tight deadlines
