ACENSI Belgium is looking for a Business Intelligence Applicative Support, for one of its clients.
Objectives of the job
The Power BI Application Support is the contact person for users and the Operational Services Management Department for the resolution of application and data incidents based on the tools and procedures.
Your daily tasks will be :
- Coaching other team members to increase their competence in Power BI
- Refresh datasets, reports and dashboards in Power BI Service
- Publish datasets and reports in Power BI Service
- Ensure Power BI application support to users in accordance with technical specifications
- Handle requests for interventions, incidents and information related to the use of the applications.
- Write and update operational procedures as well as application instructions and training materials
- Execute production data management tasks within the framework of procedures defined by the Business Analyst.
- Execute test cases and produce a test report.
- Analyse recurring incidents and propose solutions or escalate the problem
- Publish and schedule reports
Your profile
- Technical Skills : PowerBI (Microsoft power BI DAX, Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Microsoft Power BI Service, Microsoft Power Query)
- Knowledge in SAP
- You speak French and English fluently
- You are a real team player and you are flexible to help the team achieve its goals
